Great day today!!!! Wakefest 2004!!!!

Hey everyone I went out today and did great on the board got up first try crossed the left side of the wake and try to go on it while the boat was turning. That was a blast but I was wiped becasue we were "wake surfing" behind the boat it was a blast goo way to learn balance, it seemed to help me alot. But the fun part is coming up these next two days: http://www.midohionautiques.com/index2.htm , wakefest2004!!! I am going to go tomorrow and Tuesday!! I guess you get to ride with the pros's!! Can't wait!!! Anyone going??

thanks guys I had a blast it was so fun I saw dallas friday, daniel w, and many more we were out from 9 am to 4pm it was so fun I learned alot i can now cross both sides of the wake perfectly and now have to work on my edge then i am going to practice i believe a 180 on the surface or (switch?) going to try to join a club or something so i can go out more often than just a week!!!!

Can't believe I missed it!!! I have been on Griggs quite a few times this year (I moved about two blocks away) but had no idea that there was going to be a workshop/demo. I am assuming it was a blast and that it helped out. Are there any clubs in the area, more workshops??? Did you get any pics to post??? Hope to see ya out there......

hey gotama176!! yes i learned alot check out www.wakeboardohio.com it is fairly new but it is cool all based in ohio!!! hey when do you go out pm if interested to meet up sometime, i can supply gas food etc my gf's aunt and uncle live right by the slalom course a little bit up the river!!!
