| it might be too late just kidding, everything's gotta be really progressive on your toeside edge, you don't need to be flyin at the wake either. if you "play tug of war" with the boat and lean down the line and not over your toes you we get more hight. |

i learned how to do ts jumps really good this week..... The thing that helped me out the best, is with ur form, pretend ur just Leaning directly away from the boat.....and cut all the way through, u should feel it when u get it right... _________________ eating popcorn is weird... |

Everything's the same as heelside- just opposite......
Load the line, board on edge, handle to your leading hip. Cut all the way thru the wake, standing tall off the top. Keeping the board on edge thru the wake gives you pop |

liquid_helix136, you can do a ts half cab? So you can clear the wake switch ts and your having trouble??
What helped me most was what slaydit said, just lean back. It feels a little weird, but whatever you do, don't let go of the rope! Some people think the landing is easier one handed. |

colefooter, splitting hairs here, I think he mispoke or was not clear on what a half cab is. _________________

yea, a half-cap is coming in hs...just from yer normal stance toeside side of the wake, this is my second season of wakeboarding and i only go wakeboarding for about 2 hours every other weekend cause thats the only time i go to my dads house, so ill try it in a few weeks since right now its 9:30 at night on a sunday evening but yea that makes sense, i think what makes it hard for me is the position you are in while in the air, i feel like i wanna do a 180 when i try ts airs to get out of that awkward position
thanks for yer advice tho

leaning down the line? does that mean leaning back? I'm having the same problem. I also always have to let go with one of my hands in order to get a good cut at the wake?? I seem to get more air that way but i don't think i am suppose to be doing that? _________________ KYRA |

Learn your backside slides with TWO hands and apply the sideslide on your TS edge, don't rely on just cutting as hard as u can now, you really have to exaggerate. They do call it edging for a reason eh? _________________ YYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEE HAWWWWWWWWWW!!!! |

There is an artice in the august issue of Wakeboard Magazine. It was really helpful for me and my friends. You should check it out. _________________ Ride or die |

this one should be a fix-all for the ts jump. 3 main things:
1) Push on your toes
2) Both hands on the handle, attempting to put it just behind your front hip, in the small of your back
3) Keep your head and chest up all the way through the top of the wake.
If you're crooked in the air, the handle and chest position will help you most.
Overall, try not to think more than 2 things about any given trick you're doing. Pick 2, get those consistant, then pick another 1 or 2 problems to fix. this will help you progress well without becoming overwhelmed. good luck. |

| If you feel all the pull of the rope on your back arm then you are edging properly. |

TS jumps are all about postion.. i get more hight on my TS then my HS(on a boat with a nice wake). i learned from TWC to keep my belly button up toward the sky. and to cut all the way through the wake.. you dont really stand tall like you do on a hs jump _________________ Staff member of
