I am looking at demoing these two and just checking to see what you think of these two boards.
What is the big diff between them. Rolling Eyes ha ha other than the graphics. Laughing

nelson - big pop, soft landings, loose, fast, great edge.
premier - nice pop, soft landings, loose (if center fin is removed), slow, good edge.

gbotech, K-Dub or Jumalian can probably tell this more accurately than anyone else here....

Nelson is K-Dub's boss as well. Wink

chavez, you got it almost right....Nelly is my boss though. Laughing

Things are a bit wierd on the D-Up scene right now, but they are going to be fine to say the least. I can't wait to ride the Lidberg board.

i just got the 04 nelson 141 and love it!

it edges incredibly (like you had a 2.5" fin on it) but takes zero effort to pop loose.

landings are much softer than the premier

Nelson is my choice.
I have been riding that shape for the past 2 years...until I got my Randy Harris this season.
I did'nt care for the Premier too much everytime I have ridden it.

I'm actually riding a Premier 141 in my profile pic.

I love the Nelson and thought the premier was pretty ho-hum, its a good solid board but it didn't really get me excited about riding it. The Nelson on the other hand is AWESOME.
