) next to the title???

what does it mean

I think in the Soap in your bindings thread they put the sad smiley cuz they were talking about breaking body parts... But other than that I really don't know...

It means that someone rated another persons post bad to terrible...if there's a star it means that someone rated a persons post good to very well...
