Need help creating my own deck!!!!!!!!!

Can somebody direct me towards the process of making my own wakeskate. I also need help in making the part that is going to give the skate the shape. How long/wide should i make my board, i'm 6'0 and weigh 196. Can somebody give me some measurements for board width and that sort of stuff on various locations of the board. How could I use the channel thing on the Hyperlite Byerly and put it on my skate?

Last thing, how could I put this design I found on a bottom of a Burton Snowboard onto the bottom of my skate. I just want the words, then will have to deside what to put on the rest. Here is the link of the picture does not show up http://www.burton.com/burton/gear/products.asp?productID=24

nice man, the unincs look like killer boards. do u just want it to say uninc?? you could blow that up, print it, trace it, and paint it. i dono, you could just try and freehand i guess
