Wakeboarddrumma, why the eff wouldn't it be? Because of the shape? Please, that would cost maybe a grand at most to accomadate another ski boat into there, not like it would have to be a glove fit.

Wakeboarddrumma, I built a deck over the old dock. The bow part can be removed in a couple of hours and a six pack. The boat is a Moomba XLV, 23 ft 98" beam. The slip is 11 ft wide, 24 ft long. Bigger than it looks! Also under the table is an identical slip that can be uncovered when I get my second boat. Must win LOTTO first. Thanks for all the comments.

Now has a hut over it - but this is the general idea...
It is at my mom's place. When they built it they asked me how wide it had to be. I measured my dream boats and told them to make it 1 foot wider than that. So now it is wide enough for an x-80 or Super Air Nautique Very Happy

agfan12, Yes that would be Cedar Creek. It is in Star Harbor and about 50-100 houses down from the small gas dock and near the long damn or rock wall or whatever the big barrier blocking south wind is. Nice little area and neighborhood.

Sounds like a plan, but unfortunately (or fortunately!) we will prolly be starting the move-in process this weekend. So, no boating fun for me!!!

We are a mile North of the 71 bridge. Boat is in the dock now, so unless it floated away with all of the rain last week, you should see it next time you are out. I have been in DC all week, so I am hoping all is well...
