The molded shape kinda makes me think it's a Jetpilot A-10...? Maybe?

Just looked at Straightline's website. You're on the money Phil. It's a "Shield Wake Vest" http://www.straightlinewatersports.com/gear/vests.php

Looks to me like the one Hyperlite sold a few years ago, it's kind of a cross between the old Straightline and Oneil Boost vest. My friend has one.
