just picked up a scape 112 on sale for $80 at chicks Very Happy

, i was wonderin should i go barefoot or are shoes better....i heard u can slice ure foot open with the fins but i dont know i need input, thnx

If you just want to have fun on it and mess around then I wouldn't bother with shoes but if you are looking to progress and really improve then I'd go for some shoes.

viva la mike, use shoes, I have ridden my scape without shoes and it blows...but then again so do HL skates, I hate mine, maybe you will like it and you probably got it for the same reason I did, to see where you like wakeskating. I love wakeskating, but I hate my hyperlite...

Have to agree with everyone so far and say go with shoes. Once you start progressing you will be thankful you went with shoes.
