man im surprised at how many scapes there are. i have a 03 112. pretty happy with it. i have thirteen blings. anyone else have those, im wondering how to get sand out of them.

I rode last night with and without shoes, I feel that the control and overall feeling is much better without.

If your hitting sliders and kickers I would wear the shoes for sure. But for just free-riding, no shoes.
I would agree that you have much better traction with shoes on, but I can really feel the board 100x's better.

Try with and without shoes and figure out what works best for you. Like I have said to some of my friends, 'ever see surfers wearing shoes'?

Plus I like the free feeling.

But do surfers do shuvits and such? I think once you start doing tricks, u need shoes. Before that, it doesn't matter.

they are starting to pull a ton of grabs and some backflips, it was only an example of another board sport that is somewhat similiar.....

they do have other things to be concerned about such as coral, jellyfish and other crap.

As I mentioned, the majority of folks prefer shoes it just seems weird that I have never once seen a surfer wear shoes,

wc, have you seen a kiteboarder on a wakeskate yet? i havent seen very many kiteboarders riding a skate were shoes either,

I would agree that i am in the minority on this issue, but as I stated above, once you hit the sliders and rails shoes are a must
