I have been looking for a boat within the $35000 range and narrowed it down between the Tige Switch V and the Sky Supreme. Problem is there is no Ski Supreme dealers in Nevada.
Does anyone have any information about the Tige Switch V they can pass along to me? The boat I'm looking at is an 05' model.
Thanks,
Hill |

Are you sure there's not Ski Supreme dealers in NV?
Ski Supreme is right here in the Bay Area (Livermore, CA) and their market is mostly West Coast
You should contact them (ask for Kelly, she's cool and is the owner) |

Kelly is who I spoke with today, she is the one who informed me they had no dealers in Las Vegas.
Sucks, I liked their boats. |

Hmmmmm
Las Vegas - the fastest growing city in the country, and no Ski Supreme Dealer
Maybe I should give her a call.....? I see an opportunity
Good luck with you purchase |

Actually I know a guy who owns a boat dealership in town. I'm waiting for Leo to call me back and see if he would ship me a boat to his dealership. Maybe there is an opportunity there, we will see.
Until then I'm just trying to gather information about both boats, the Tige and Ski Supreme. |

| If your in Vegas, make the jaunt down here to LA. You can check out the Ski Supremes and Tige is 5 mins away from there dealership. The new o5 switch will have updated interior is all that I heard. |

The switch V is the exact same design as the 20v....hull and size that is.
what i hear for the 05's is that the interior is upgraded (big plus for those boats as the 04 interior on the switch was lousy).
Also - someone correct me if im wrong but the ballast is different with the switch - it may not be available??????? doesn't sound right but something like that _________________ www.highrollerwakeboarding.com |

| I spoke with a dealer and they told me that the only interior changes for the 05 switch will be color. Also the factory ballast is only 600 lbs and the 20v gets 850 lbs. |

that is what i narrowed my choices down to...
the switch and the sky supreme...
no comparison once you add the options... the supreme was lower in cost and far nicer on the fit and finish...
if you dont have a dealer there.. then arrange a retail sale with the closet dealer out of state....
it will be worth it...
the switch v for me was fine.. but with the options i wanted.. i was back tot he 20 or 21 v... so then the cost went way up... exceeding what i was going to pay for a supreme...
i am in canada.... if you dont have a dealer that will arrange a sale for you... i will...
let me know

MHill,
My in-laws bought a 04 switch V. The interior is not very plush, so if you are looking for comfort, find something else. The dash is very minimalist. Ours has the wakeboard package, ballast, taps 2, PP, and depth guage. We also have the 335hp vortec engine.
Pros - the wake is good with ballast full, performance wise the boat is great, it handles rough water well for a 20' boat. Put a sac in the front walkway ~500lbs and the wake is much better. The slalom wake is good at about 30mph. The construction is solid and it has all the construction features of Tige's more expensive boats.
Cons - The interior is crappy. It is not plush at all. That is about the only negative I have with the boat, fit and interior finish is what they cut cost on.
If you a boat that will throw a good wake and are not too worried about how nice the interior is, then this boat is good for you.
If you want to see pics of our boat go to www.tigeowners.com and look under the member galleries under akdoc.
Malibu just came out with the 05 V-ride, maybe a little nicer interior, I don't know for sure.
If you have any specific questions feel free to ask.
Another thing, I don't know where you are located, but Stateamind watersports in St. Louis, MO has a left over 03 22v in the very low $40's, nice boat for the price. |
