New to wakeboarding. Actually got the board for my boys and it came in today, but did not include any info on mounting the fins. The board came with 2 fins. They are the same length, but different heights. Are they supposed to be the same height (e.g. did they send the correct fins), or does the shorter fin go in the front and the taller fin in the back or vice versa? Should I use some sealant or thread lock on the fin mounting screws to keep them tight? Thanks for any help.

the smaller should go in the front(nose) and the taller should go in the back(tail). just screw them in nothing special. and just in case you want the tallest part of the fin closest towards the edge so the fins point at each other like this

vision135, good call. Rolling Eyes they dont have to be however. a lot of "beginer" boards ship with different fin sizes so if you get up switch its easy to get back.
