The Hyperlite the gate114 looks like a really good wakeskate. Do you think its worth buying for the price or theres another wakeskate. I heard its good but I havnt tried it and I want to here opinions.

I would get whatever skate YOU want.I personally would't buy it but thats just me.
If 280 is your top dollar you want to spend then look and demo all of them you can. Maybe look at Kampus or Integrity. www.kampuswakesk8.com/http://www.integrity-wake.com/

Ownage, DONT BUY A HYPERLITE SKATE!!!! I have one and they suck!! Mine is a 2004 Scape 112, spend 275 on an Integrity. They kick ass.

I have ridden the Integrity and it is by far the best board I have ever ridden, And the qaulity is top notch. Don't limit yourself to hype, look around and see what else is out there

hyperlite are in my opinion I dont wanna say poser wakeskate, but what word fits. I knew Hyperlites were crap when I bought mine, but I didnt know if I even liked wakeskating, so I spent a hundred on it to see how it was. Then I figured I'll learn on it and progress to a better deck, like Integrity. What word fits for a hyperlite skate? I can think of an emoticon, Colorful

Integrity is hands down the way to go! Why buy another board you are going to get sick of. Go for the extra few bucks and you won't ever need or want another skate.

HyperRash, ya it is preference, but HL skates are all very light, too light for that matter. I would rather ride a Cassette or Kampus(which I should have bought) and of course Integrity than HL anyday, because they are all wakespecific companies so all the design teams focus on is wakeskates, not boards and skates, so all that thought process can come to a better finished product. And look at how innovative the new Integrity stuff is, like reshapable rails, I havent seen that anywhere else...
