That sucks, no idea on how to relieve other than check with the doc. Good luck with more w2ws. Remember keep handle in and don't ollie. You'll be more stable in your jumps and break less ear drums. _________________ Wakeboard/Waterski/Kneeboard/Ride Random Objects

By keeping the handle in, I am assuming you mean keeping the handle pulled in to your hip as you pop off the wake? I am less than a foot away from landing a W2W so I want to know what I can do to get me over. I have been landing almost right on top and been lucky with the landings so far (only a few tough falls). Any info to help get me over would be awesome. My wife pulled me at 25mph this morning and that was the closest I got. I'm 6'5" and weigh 200 lbs so I think she probably needs to go 25mph. Thoughts? |

What kind of boat do you ride in? 25 is a little fast I would slow it down so you can work on your progressive edge. Also what length of rope. I would shorten that until you can w2w with a good progressive edge. Then just lengthen the rope as you get better. _________________ Wakeboard/Waterski/Kneeboard/Ride Random Objects

Yeah man, at 25 mph you'll get some nasty falls. Me and my friends used to see how fast we could go... you know, cuz when you suck so bad there is nothing better to do. I think the fastest I ever went was high 30's maybe low 40's (the speedometer said 50 but I doubt it was THAT fast). Well my buddy fell about 30 and he go knocked out when he fell and stuff. Be careful with speed... 5 mph is a big deal when u fall _________________ Laugh hard, it's a long way to the bank... |
