Not having that much of a wake doesn't help. Just progressive edge towards the wake and stay on edge through the wake keeping the handle in towards your hips. just keep trying it, you'll get the feel for it soon.

*N*O*F*X*, Good taste for music nofx and racid rock...
Use a progressive edge meaning edge out flatten out then let the boat start pulling you back in.Then start building your edge a little at a time.YOU SHOULD NOT REACH YOUR FULL EDGE UNTIL YOU ARE AT THE WAKE.Stay on edge trough the wake. and have fun .

liquidforce519, basically summed it up about the progressive edge.

So basically just cut outside the wake, and gradually work up speed. Wait for the boat to pull you toward the wake.

*N*O*F*X*, remeber to stand tall as soon as u come up on the wake and keep the tension in the rope, if u keep ur knees bent, then u will hardly get pop if any at all...

my buddy can't get any air unless he goes for a grab... makes him jump so much better for some reason... check that out, or maybe he is just retarded (entirely possible, you should see him get up)
