It's real comfortable, it's real thin, and it's real light - it floats real good too

I wanted the red one (Catalyst Carbon) to match my boat - but I guess they have been coming back alot, grip seperation being what's wrong

Truth be known, I spent more money than needed. I wanted a thin handle, and this one is the thinnest I could find. But the bottom line.... The girl who sold it to me is really cute Razz

Just be careful with it. There have been so many accounts of the handle chipping and breaking or hitting people's board's or body when they are riding.

Because when Carbon Fiber Brakes it is NASTY!!! Broke a Carbon Fiber Ski Pole last year: the fibers went through my gloves, jacket, polar tech shirt, and my skin. Had one heck of an infection for weeks.

I don't think it was the fibers that caused that. Wink

How did you break them? The only way I can see breaking them, is by handle popping your board?

chaz28o, that handle is good, just follow everyone's advice and be careful about dropping it and such - it will get chipped but you may as well delay the chipping as long as possible.

On another note: I must say that the Bullet line and handle my wife bought me works killer! I can't tell the difference between it and any other spectra line I have used.

Cool!

I'm gonna be careful - the handle & rope are mine - everyone else can ride the nasty old straight line rope & handle, lol

Did you get mad at her when she spent $75 - $150 to get her hair done (if she's anything like mine)? Tell her that you'll go enjoy your handle and rope while she enjoys getting her HAIR, NAILS and PEDICURES done. At least your rope and handle will be a one time purchase enjoyed for years to come, where as her salon visits are every other month (again, if she's anything like mine). Laughing
