no cule on boards

hey i just lrean how to wakeboard a few weeks ago and now im hook and now im going to go and buy a board. but i have no clue what to get and my friends say i should get a hyperlite but is that the best board and if so whick one should i get . i so lost i need some help from some people. im 5'9" about 150 lbs. so can someone help me thanx

Welcome to the sport! First off, there are many different wakeboard companies that offer some pretty sweet boards, so don't limit yourself to just hyperlite. Hyperlite's a great wakeboard company, but you have plenty to choose from! You need to decide how much money you are willing to spend. Your best bet for length since you are a beginner would probably be a 136-138. Check out buywake.com for some package deals. These include bindings with a board. Don't get a board that's too advanced for you becuase that will hinder your progress. Shop around and look for some deals, and tell us what you find!

Hyperlite is a very good brand, but there are many others as well. Really, you can't go wrong with the brands, it's just a matter of picking the correct size board that fits your style of riding and ability level.
