VIDEO: Jen Wake and Surf...

This one is wayy better than the last, Im starting to figure out how to use this editing program haha. There is actually music, thanks to my sister and the only 2 songs avalaible on the comp. There is a little bit of wakeboarding (you won't see any toeside though...it's embarassing and in the works). I am still trying to perfect my hs w2w, and get back to where I left off last year, I still have quite a ways to go. And more wakesurfing, much more exiting than last time, I feel like I improve a ton everytime. I went wakeboarding with my cell phone today Very Happy

haha it was awsome. And BTW, I wear bigger shorts than any of the guys I ride with hahha.

great grabs on the wakeboard...you look really comfortable! and your wakesurfing..well, I have not seen any girls ride as good as you..you are ready for a 360...**chanting** DO IT DO IT! Wink

you had glass out there..why was there no one else on that water?? beautiful scenery too.

anyway..very very nice job on the video. (brings a tear to my eye..my little JROCK is all grows up..sniiiiiiffffff) Very Happy

I showed him your last one,,but it was kinda grainy and your riding has vastly improved from that one !! so let me know, I won't copy or send it till I hear from ya. I would like for him to see it cuz he loves to see girls who rip, plus he has the sponsorship by Phase Five...maybe you could get hooked up! Wink

oh btw ... Drew just told me last nite that he is going to Cali in a few weeks..I can't remember what for..some tournament..I believe its the wakesurf competition...R U going? next week he is gonna be in NC and then somewhere on the east coast...then cali..so yeah, like 3 weeks maybe..???

wakejunkeygirl, awww thanks. My video editing skills are improving....hah. How was the cell phone in the pocket? Awwwsome huh? Im going to go get a new one right now. I wouldn't mind in the least if you showed it to Drew, he's practically my idol at the moment hahaa. I registered for that comp. yesterday, so yes, I will be at Wakesurf Jam next weekend in San Jose. I tried a butter 3 the other day...we are getting closer. My riding was wayyyy better the day before this but we didn't have the video camera unfortunatly. I kinda do a little bit of "the flying duck", but not as god of one as I should....

wakebored, hah me to! You should have seen me out there last year with the magazine haha.

wakejunkeygirl, I have the smallest version of the phase 5 boards. I have the Icon 51". I think I am going to paint it before the comp. next weekend. The board seems to squirly....another small fin or two would do it some good.

wakebored, I have tried a few butter 3's. I have gotten the full rotation twice, but lost the wave...I think it would be easier if the wake was bigger. I definatly need to try a shuvit though. I am waiting for the day I fall onto the teak deck though... Shocked

I currently have the 132 Prodigy with Torq's. I actually won the board off of this site a year or two ago. I supposedly have a LF Subjekt 133 and Minx's in the mail....at least I sent the order in 2.5 months ago.... Evil or Very Mad

WetChick19, Hah, thanks. Sooooon....I have to remember how to clear the wake first hahaa.I have a lot of work to do on the wakeboard. I always forget something when i cut in....hips up, legs straight, chest up, snap the handle to the hips, edga all the way through....ahhhh Rolling Eyes

I know the best thing is to go to the gym and do weights, but I just dont have time at the moment. I try and do as much exercise as possible at home. I have been doing press ups, but not much else on the arms.

Mazzam01, Haha, all I do is wakeboard. I don't do anything in the off season that involves my arms to much. When there is a bar around, or the tower I will do a few pull ups. But I pretty much just wakeboard...there in the genes I guess.

Awesome riding JRock! That sucks about the cell phone, did you get a new one? I have been having so much fun wakesurfing this week, its a blast. I tried the 360 on it and landed it with the rope though, I'm going to try it without the rope next week when I get back up to my cabin. Anyway keep up the good riding!

Grace B., I got a new phone, a flip-phone too which is exiting....I've wanted one forever, it just sucks that I had to lose like 80 phone numbers, wait at AT&T for 2 hrs and pay $70 lol.

wakejunkeygirl, I hope I have a 3 by this weekend, if not I will try one in the comp anyways (the wake will be 4x bigger than mine so it couldn't be too hard). THere has tobe some kind of secret to it. Like which way is it easier to spin...? I'm going t have to watch Drew's videos again.
