M3snow010,
I just landed my first 360 shuvit this weekend. I just try to kick the board even with both feet and stay focused on keeping your body centered over the board. |

all i do is i have my front foot a little past half way on the board. then i really focus on kicking my back foot behind me. i try not to pop the board as high as i can because it seems to catch air when i do that and it ends up doing half of a varial flip. so i guess...
1. set up your feet like you are going to do and ollie
2. slightly pop the board and kick your back foot behind you
3. watch the board below your feet and as it passes 90 degrees start to set your feet on the board (try not to stomp the board down out of the air because if you miss the board it can lead to a groin pull )
4. absorb the landing and ride away
disclaimer: i am not a professional teacher, this method seems to work for me and i am trying to help out a fellow boarder. _________________ "There Are Things Known And There Are Things Unknown And In Between Are The Doors." -Jim Morrison |
