Can't view the clip - restricted access
What is the clip of? Is the guy riding a board behind a boat? If so, he's probably wakeboarding or wakeskating. Check out some of the photos on this site, and you'll probably be able to figure it out.

| sounds like he's skimboarding. You can buy skimboards at most surf shops. Usually under/around $100. |

| A skimboard is just a flat piece of wood. You can make one if you have the tools. When I go down to Rocky Point, Mexico I skim alot with a $35 board from a local sports store. If you start doing it be prepared to have various parts of your body sanded off while you're getting the hang of it. |
