the vinyl on my sundeck and the tops of the back rest of my back seats have turned light pink. i just had a new snap on tarp made to cover the boat. it is black and was wondering if the dye come out of tarp since it has rained for 5 days straight. i also heard something about bacteria cause seats to turn pink on some mastercrafts. any help would be greatly appreciated.

What year MC? If the interior is white, it will do that. It is a pigment problem with the white vinyl. That is why they went with a light grey.

if i go with a non-mastercraft white vinyl when recovering will i be okay

Sure, but I would call MasterCraft and let them know what is happening. Did you put any certain type of cleaner on it or protectant? This could also make this happen. Make sure it wasn't the cover too.

I would call before putting a cheap material on your MasterCraft. They are great people and will do alot for you.
