| YES. All fat sack pumps should be. I have the bump pump and its worked well for 1.5 years. |

I bought the pump and compared to other balast pumps i have it looked very different so i want to be sure before i fry it. _________________ They know what is what but they dono what is what they just strut. |

| how would it pump? it is a bilge pump it only pumps one way. and if you did rig some sort of hose set-up there is no way for it to prime. |
