Live on Lake Sammamish?

I'm moving out of our sweet house on Lake Sammamish. If you're in the area and want to live on the lake this place is very cool. we have one boat there for sure, and there is room for your own. a bunch of us live in on or around the area so the boats are always available. pets are ok, but it's sort of pricey at ~1000 to 1200 a month.

1000-1200 a month pricey! How big of a house? If it is any bigger than a 1 room shack that is a great price to live on a lake.
