My friend wants to break up with his first gf hes ever had and needs some tips so he asked me , any give me some advice for him?

Stop calling her... and then eventually she'll want to break up with you <~ sophmore year in HS I did that.

Cheat on her with her best friend- pretty much ends things right away.

Tell her you got some other girl pregnant- another deal breaker.

Just be honest. Breaking up is like taking off a bandaid, do it slow and you prolong the pain, do it fast and it stings a little but quickly goes away. Probably the best method.

Usually I just started not caring about what my gf said or anything, just try to not hangout with her as much as possible. Or just do what I did, get drunk and tell her that way, the words just flow easy that way...haha

If they see eachother everday, then I would definately break up fast. Don't stay friends....that kind of stuff rarely works out. Just break ties and move on to someone else! Most importantly, don't lock yourself down to someone else.....play the field!

yeah, Sean....don't be looking for some certain "type" of girl....that never works either! Just do your thing and all of a sudden you will meet someone that you will like. Key thing is to not go looking for it...

Just approach random girls you think are cute... it's easier than it seems... Sure you feel like an idiot but that way the opportunity doesn't pass you by. I mean the worst thing thats going to happen is she'll say NO. Not a big deal you move on to the next girl.

nor*cal's advice is good. try that seriously. it's a lot harder than it sounds, especially if you're sober but once you find out it can work you wish you had done it a long time ago.

when he breaks up w/her just make sure he at least still talks to her and just doesn't try to forget that they ever had a relationship. that happened to me.

Kyle this is true but my point was when I'm not sober I just talk to whoever, when I'm sober I have to get the courage before going in. It doesn't take much I just remind myself that there's nothing to lose.
