It looks pretty sweet, but it runs really slow on my comp (4 yrs old), and the controls don't work Crying or Very sad

I guess I'll have to wait until I get my new comp in a few months.

The controls are weird

They label things with different letters than they actually are...

Press "J" to start the game

Up: W
Down: S
Left: A
Right: D

Spin Left: Y
Spin Right: I
Lip Tricks: U
Grab Tricks: H
Flip Tricks: K

Ollie: J

Read through the tutorial before you play, it is very helpful.

M3Orion, that is a pretty cool game but it does run slow.

you also gotta remember those combos..

is anyone else with a decently fast computer having probblems with the keyboard not responding at times? it seems i have a problem when i go w2w, the tricks don't want to work...

The only time I can do tricks is if I time the buttons perfectly. Does this happen with everyone else?

is there any sliders in the game.. I cant tell because for some reason my comp at school wont run it Evil or Very Mad

Here are some techniques to help speed up the game. If it seems like it's slowing down, turn off the reflections in the options menu.

As for the concerns with key configuration, the screens have been changed. There was a lot of confusion earlier. Please check the TUTORIAL before playing so you get a rundown of how the game works.

For the tricks, it's very different from the THPS games control schemes, this is basically how it goes: if you are on the flats and you want to do a BS Shuvit, ollie(J), then tap D, then tap K. Same procedure for everything else. w2w or on not. It's important you don't press the keys together.

Finally, for concerns on sliders and ramps, unfortunately there are none in this version. But I'll be putting them in version 2 which will be out in the next few months. Expect some events with this game in a few weeks or so. Hope you all liked it. Thanks.

For the meantime, there won't be a downloadable version. Maybe after the tournament we're planning within the next few weeks.

Its a sick game and when i turn of the reflections it runs fine for me on my 3ghz desktop, but kidna sketchy on my laptop

Maybe they've been getting so many hits and traffic they had to take it down for a while or else they'd exceed their bandwidth capabilities??? Who knows, but I wanted to play it but I guess I'll have to wait.

I played that game a while back at school...they need to have something like that on "Wakeboarding Unleashed, Volume 2" with wakeskates! Razz

That game was somewhat detrimental to my finals/test scores... My advice to those of you who are still in school: don't even try until you're finished. Otherwise, you may find yourself heading off to a test with little or no studying under your belt!
