| I cannot decide on which shoe to get, either the DVS Dresden Mesh, DVS/Buywake edition, or Byerly Reef! Can anyone tell me pros and cons of each one and which one out of those three I should purchase. |

You dont go around every 5 minutes sayin the same thing over and over. Its called COMMEN SENSE, try it. _________________

That's funny, most of us spend most of our time working so we can pay to go wakeboarding/skating on our days off. _________________

WOW, I work also, and right now I am saving up to buy a pair of wakeskate shoes with my hard earned money and I was hopping the nice community of Wakeboarder.com would now some pros or cons about the shoes I listed. So far only one person gave me some ideas and that is the admin!! Why can't anyone else with knowledge about shoes give me advice unstead of shunning me down. Everthought about that... |

JankyZep,
1. dont be an ass if you are looking for information. if you want to be a dick then go for it, just understand that you are a noob and it will be you versus the rest of the site. good luck with that.
2. two of the three shoes you mentioned are BRAND NEW. i got the black/red dresdens that perf ski and surf is selling a week or two ago and have only used them a few times, and the ambush ones are just as new, so dont be expecting everyone to just jump on the thread and help you. im guessing maybe 20 people maximum have the dvs wakeskate shoes.
3. the person that gave you advice is NOT an admin although he is apparently related to the website that is the self proclaimed "official wakeboarding home of the california delta," however possible that is... _________________ www.TheLiquidPlayground.com

| I used the normal Dresdens before the mesh ones were available. So far the Buywake Dresdens feel lighter when wet and they dry quicker? Every shoe that I have ever used felt the same besides weight. My only advice, try each pair for comfort. |

| Just take your normal skate shoes, and drill holes in the bottom of them, and when you are done, take out the gel pads. I do this with my Superstars and it works fine. Unless you are going pro, you shouldn't be THAT picky about your wakeskating shoes. If you ARE gonna get some wakeskating specific shoes, just get some, they are all made to do a common task and won't effect your skating much at all. |
