O'Neil Throttle Vest - Too Cumbersome?

I was looking at getting another vest, and the Throttle caught my eye...looked pretty kewl, but I was wondering if anyone had used one, and if it felt too restrictive in your movement (especially in the air)? I sure looks like it will take some of the impacts of those belly flooped failed Railey's

I have that vest and I love it. Make sure you get the next size up because it fits a little small and is a little short.

It has save me from many impacts on sliders.

I got the Assault instead because it felt a little less bulky. The Throttle is nice but it's kinda thick.
