Yea that seems to happen when something new is introduced like the X-Star (03), but I will take the hassles with their innovation. You make it sound like there are all these problems but I didnt really think that there were that many.

Ballast pumps failed/were too weak for many of them, faulty guages on about 3 out of 9 that our local dealer has sold, and perfect pass isn't working correctly. Our 04 has had Zero problems with about 300 hours on it so far. All of the symptoms, minus the PP issue have occured to my buddies 04 X-Star with not even 30 hours on it.

WakeupDude or John from your WW account, I realize that you are in love with your Natique from all of your posts over the months. I also realize that you hate MC for some reason. But all you ever do is try to bash MC it just gets old and annoying. Seriously John, can you just try to think of something new next time you post.

A balanced attitude often (but not always) comes with maturity. Not something 15 year olds are renowned for!

And mhsb1029, I doubt it's his Nautique, more like pop's.

Yes, I am 15, just to clear that up with you on the Wakeworld board. We have also only had bad experiences with our old X-Star (X-2). People will say, "Well, just because you had a problem with your one MC, don't thrash the whole brand..." Well, if this was your boat, and you had many problems with the transmission and bad gel-coat that was cracking/peeling, why should you be sympathetic to MC? I don't care if they get bad business, that is the way our economy works. If they put out a product that is bad, even one, it can hurt business.

AND JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, I put in over 20k into the purchase of our SANTE that I worked hard for, saved up, and just flat out did the right things with. I'm not the average kid that wastes his money on every little thing that he thinks he wants on the spur of the moment. I worked hella hard for that, and now you tell me if you could have done that when you were my age, or even what is proportional to that, assuming that you are much older than me. I COULD have bought my own decent used ski boat with the money I had alone...

Haha, my 4 year old cousin said that to another little kid the other day...coincidence?

I based that statement off of Mr. Blean's response, just to let those of you that do not have the attention span to read through an entire thread before you post, know.

Wakeupdude - you need to consult a surgeon about having that chip taken off your shoulder. Let me ask you a question:

"Have you ever eaten an item of food (such as an apple) that tasted bad?"

If you are honest, the answer must be "Yes".

Then let me ask you this:

"Did you give up eating apples as a result?"

Of course not, so why slag off the entire product line of a company based on one experience?

As for saving up 20k dollars by the time you are 15, I only wish my family had been rich enough to pay me that amount of pocket money so that I could have saved the equivalent. For, if you have earned that much thro' "working" you either have:

a) One helluva job
b) Worked every spare minute that you weren't in school (and hence had no time for boarding)
c) Not slept for the past 5 years

Any family that has a new boat every year (more than one per year it would seem) is either in the trade, is so weathly that it has nothing better to spend it's money on, or simply has more money than collective brains.

For, if your CC's have been so reliable, given the hit you take on depreciation in the first year, it makes no economic sense to move them on so quickly. Hence, like most of your outpourings here, a new boat every year is just part of the "whole life to date" ego trip you are clearly on.

Maybe, if the rest of us are lucky, you will grow out of it. However, I for one, doubt that very much.

Mr. Blean, we are not "rich" as you have stated. There also isn't that big of a "depreciation hit" either. We are going out a max of 6, sometimes 7 days a week, and ussually no less than 4. Our boats get tons of hours on them, and by the end of the year, from the use of us, and the many people we bring along with us, the boat gets kinda thrashed. We do lose about 7 grand every year, sometimes 8, but my parents think that it is worth it to always be on a newer, more reliable boat.

As for me working, I work at my buddy's new skate/snow/surf/wake shop, have been for the past year, and before that, I worked for my dad making 5 bucks an hour cleaning up around the shop. I saved up some money, and put it into some stocks, and they exploded, and I made some more money, hence the sum that I contributed into our new boat.

Anything else you would like to know?

And anyhow, there is no reason you should be jealous of a 15 year old that is "on an ego trip" that has made some better decisions in life than you have.

Read the other posts you moron, and stop with the threatening pm's. It is getting quite old, and you obviously need to go to work and make some money so you don't feel so insignificant next to a kid that hasn't hit puberty yet.

I love how I got the cool it because my pm reply to wakeupdude said "Are you sure that you sent this to the right guy?" Damn fellas cant I have a little fun? Seriously I don’t care what kind of boat you ride behind, or what kind of boat anyone else rides behind, I just like getting out there any day that I can no matter what the conditions seem to be. Have a great weekend; our forecast here in Spokane for the weekend is in the mid 50's so I hope that all of yours is better.

This has to be the funniest damn thread I have ever been part of. OK guys seriously “COOL IT.”

Oh screw it, I'm not going to post in this thread anymore. It's a waste. I have not lied about a thing, and I am only stating what has happened to us. We had an X-Star(now the X-2), and had only bad experiences with it. That is what I said. I am also entitled to my opinion, which is not mandatory to be positive. I know people are going to revolt when their boat gets dissed, or even boat brand, but that is what has happened to us, and the worst thing it can do to the owner of one is prepare them possibly having the same problem.

MrBlean, you really shouldn't be giving me three options of what my situation is. An eighth grader at our school recently designed a firewall that Microsoft bought from him, and now he has more money that most people on this board, in his possession. It started out as a simple computer-science project too. I don't see where he would fall into in your little ABC indicator.

mhbs1029, YOU are the one that really needs to mature. You are probably twice my age and are down on my level..."what do you want an award or something"-haha, thats really clever... Rolling Eyes When I told all about that, it was in response to how I don't fall into MrBleans little person organizer, and then the FACTS on why I didn't. Calm yourself, and actually read the posts before YOU post. The emails and PM's you have sent me are really immature as well. "Must be that time of month again."-maybe that one is a little above your head, Mr. "want an award?".

Jessup, while talking to you on AIM, I realized how much of a child you act like. You don't act like any 20 year old I have ever talked to...you DID claim to be 20, right?

I'm out.

Why do you always have to score points in that way? Everything you have done/do is great and everything that anybody else has done is rubbish. Your CC is great, everyone else's MC is crap, that sort of thing?

It was your comments in that vein that set the tone of this thread. As others have said, it just gets predictable and boring.

To whom was that question directed?

In case it was me, I am and will be fine. Thanks for asking.

Can't speak for Johnny and we'll never know 'cos he's refused to post again.

Well at least he's made one positive statement Exclamation

I know I said I wasn't going to post in here again, but my God, if you have time to be making up AIM conversations, you are just damn low. Damn, I could just go into MS Word right now and type one of those up! How low can you sink!? Damn.

Too bad it really went the other way around, with you telling me off! Damn, I said hello and told you who I was and you simply told me to "beat it", called me a "lying sack of crap" and blocked me!

Let's all write up AIM conversations now!!!

El Shawn0: youre gay ilovemymummore! screw you!

See, I can make you look bad with lies as well. You are a sick person.
