Tower tube size on 2001 X-Star

Anyone know the stock tower size for a 2001 X-Star?

Jim - It should be 1-7/8". I have a 2000 X-Star, and that's what my tower tube diameter is.

just measure the circumference or get a clamp to get the diameter.

Circumference = pi x Diameter

I believe the tower is different from the 2000. I think it's the same as the 2002.

Jim - Yes, 2001 is when they went with the different tower style, but I believe the diameter is still the same.
