I remember i tried a back to front and i over rotated on the front and landed on my chest and i thought i broke my arm. oh but thats after the fact i got on a roof did a front flip over a gate and landed on the trampoline and my ankle didnt like the presure, so it curved inward, doctor said if it was a break it would have been less painfull. so i got a very very badly sprained ankle and it was swolen at least tripple the size of my other one...

jackdaniels, thats the size the diving club uses at the pool I work at. It should be more than big enough. Just be careful if you dont have a safety net to not fall off the side.

I was looking into getting one this upcoming month...What are some things that I should look for and what size is optimal?

Do you feel that those edge netting is worth the couple hundred extra?

I think the netting is worth it. It's saved me 4 or five time when i would have otherwise went flying off the edge. It's also great if you use a skate deck on the tramp, because it stops it from flying off so you dont have to go anywhere to get it if you mess up.

pretty much just go out there, know you arnt gunna get hurt, and do it. i just think of it as my head is staying in one spot, and my legs are going around me....just bounce, bounce, jump and throw your head back, but make sure u dont throw your body back or you will fall off....practice makes perfect.
