| What do you guys use if you have grip tape. I use some Air Walk Andy Macs with a hole in the toe (It is great cuz it drains the water) |

M3snow010, no mods. I've been using them since jan and no problems yet. I really like the feel I have with these shoes, I can feel the board so much better then traditional skate shoes _________________ http://www.integrity-wake.com

i just took my old EMERICA Reynolds cut a slice in the back of the tounge, and started pulling the foam out. i had the biggest pile of foam, now i can see why old skate shoes are so heavy, they are like huge sponges. im gonna drill some holes in the soles tomorrow. _________________ "There Are Things Known And There Are Things Unknown And In Between Are The Doors." -Jim Morrison |

| the new dvs shoes look pretty cool. right now im thinking about using my es artos. most durable shoes ever. had em since sept. been skating on and off. rode hard enough to go thru to pairs of laces but not even the start of a hole anywhere. |

I use DC Alias's. The are semi good for skating, I just throw em in the back of the truck when we are done and put em in the storage when we get to the lake to ride again, let em dry out that way so I dont have to worry about it, I like the DVS Ambush shoes though, and the Reef Byerly's are sweet. But I dont know if actual wakeskate shoes are really necessary. _________________

oh ya and I have EVA but still use shoes. Will that mess up the EVA? I mean I know Grubb and Byerly do but they dont have to worry about it. But is it gonna mess it up? _________________
