Battery Troubles

Hi guys!
This could turn into a very stupid question, so please bare with me.
I blew up my battery last week and just installed a new one and I have no juice. I'm thinking a fuse or something? I reset the cicuit breaker with no luck. None of the ingnition wires look damaged. I looked in the manual and saw there is a battery fuse somewhere, but I had no luck finding any. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

what year and kind of boat is it?

Try tracing the wires from the alternator and see where they go. There should be a fuse somewhere between the alternator and the battery. This fuse usually burns up when you arc across the back of the alternator and I'm guessing it would do the same if you arced the battery.

Problem solved!!It was my battery switch. I told you it could turn into a stupid question. Had the boat out today and everything ran just fine. Thanks for the input though.
