Yea we have been boarding and sking for two months now with our wetsuits. The wake shape is really better than I thought it would be for a combination boat. I would rate the ski wake as recreational and the wakeboard wake is as good as any I have seen. Really it is just what we wanted, my wife and I like to do some sking and my son is into wakeboarding. When you move the gate you can see a real good change in the shape and size of the wake. If my son progresses on his wakeboard I might add ballest tanks before next season.

1995-1997 Sport Nautique

1. Add 400 lb fat sack in the transom and you have the same wake as the Super Air Nautique
2. The back seat can be removed for storage, fat sacks, dogs, beach chairs, air chair
3. It is a Direct Drive
4. The wake disappears at 28mph for the ski course
5. You can water ski or wakeboard on shallow (5') deep private lakes. V-Drives prop wash affects the wake.

The Super Air Nautique is the best boat I've ever ridden behind but not the best looking boat that I've ever seen. I love to see one because I know what kind of wake it throws but I don't really like the way it looks sitting in the water compared to some other boats like Wakesetters, X-Stars, MB B52 etc....

yeah, and the b-52 and the SAN look nearly the same sitting in the water, and if one didnt have the crazy graphics and some other distinctive accesories like the skylon tower, most wouldnt be able to tell the difference from a distance. besides that, i have never heard of anyone saying that they dont like the way nautiques look...thats a first, ussually thats one of the first complements we get.
