I have been thinking of a good way to modify my 41" concave to make it more stable for wake jumps. I was using a 1.2" center fin on both ends, it released fine but I didnt have any feel on the tracking or landings. I ride edge-heavy even on a skate, so I decided to get some .6" cupped fins and work on a new fin config on the tail end.

Using my profound knowledge and years of board shaping innovation and experience, I marked some holes in random places and said 'hell that'll work'. Now I just have to see how it rides. The measurements are precise so I dont see drag being a problem, I just hope the fins will track and release cleanly. They follow the rocker line and are centered on the kicktail so I think the positioning is right on. Too far back and they would hold too much on the release.

Here are some pics, think it'll be a good ride?..

The skate I have been using has that. I love it, it rides so much smoother, and breaks loose way easier. If anyone has the option to do this, i would highly recommend it.

They are 0.6" Liquid Force after-market fins, smaller than the ones on the trip and balance. I think the trip uses 1.0 and the balance uses .9.

Glad everyone likes the design, too bad my slack ass still hasnt been out to break its maiden!

Also the trip uses the angled fins, these are 'cupped'
