Need to replace my valve cover gaskets. But! The exhaust stacks are blocking me from the bottom bolts of the valve covers. Engine has 470 hrs and the bolts to the exhaust are starting to rust and dont look like they will come off without destroying them. How are y'all changing your gaskets? Its not and emergency, just a few drop of oil in the bottom each time I take it out but, its bugging me because its not clean. Let me know? Thanks..Jet _________________ Andrew"Jet"Mitchell

Use a 3/8" drive combination joint and an extension. Getting them out is easy, back in is the trick. _________________

Ha ha ha... that is so true. I have changed mine and it was pretty easy to get them out but getting them back was a little harder. _________________ If you wanna make it,

Jet - On my Supra Comp I had to take the exhaust manifold off when I did the valve cover gaskets.

| 1/4" rachet, extension, snap-on 7/16 swivel socket, put a little grease in the socket it helps holding the bolt when putting it back in |
