X2 vs x10

I am a wakeborder and I intend to use this boat for wakeboarding and secondly for famly and friend outings.

From my research I have found that the X2 is based on the prostar design and has a "flatter" hull design than the X10 based on the mari star wich has a "deeper" hull design. Does this hull design change the shape or size of the wake that is put off by the boat?
What are the other differences to the boats? It seems, besides the hull design, the x2 and the x10 are very similar except the size of the gas tanks and the amount of people that can ride on the boat (kinda silly that the boat that holds more people, X2, holds less fuel)

Basicaly my question is wich boat is a better "wake board" boat, and what are the differences?

X2 is the old xstar and a way better boat .

X2 is a great boat. i would get one over an x10 if i were you.
