Wow, our weather here is just crazy. It starts out at like 1 degree celcius (33) in the morning and ends up being 23 degrees (73) in the afternoon. It was awesome. What a great time to live in the pacific northwest. This weather is unbelievable. Sunshine on the weekends. The water is still very fresh....snow run off still happening!!!! This is going to be the best wakeboarding season ever if this keeps up!

Hope you are all getting out on the water. Very Happy Very Happy

Yes, the weather was great this weekend. My husband and I wanted to go but couldn't find a third. I'm getting bummed out that it's so hard to find people to go at this time of year.

Wawakehic, how far a drive are you from the border (truck crossing)?

Where do you normally ride?

I'm south of Olympia, in Yelm. It's about 3.5 hours from the border.

Hmmm, a 4 1/2 hour drive to go boarding....that's a mightly long drive.

Hope you are able to find a third.

Crash, have you ever been to Lake Sammamish? We thought about heading up there sometime just to go somewhere new. I heard it gets crazy there in the summer so that's why we were thinking of hitting it in the spring.

No, I have only been to the BC lakes, never boarded in the US. Mapquest says it is only 2 1/2 hours from my place though....as long as there was no lineup at the boarder.
