| i dont knnow if this has been posted or not but does anyone think taking three 8 inch round fifteen foot pvc pipes capping them and straping together would work for a floating slider. oh ya, and anchor it of course. I just want to know if you guys think it will float enough??? |

1. How would you strap them together?
2. How would you cap them off?
Personally I think it would move around way to much when you hit it. And it doesn't help that i'm biased towards fixed sliders. Go for it if you want, and even if it doesn't work you still have 3 pipes to build other stuff with. Good luck! _________________ My Gallery

| I think it would flip unless you make a bigass base |

i was thinkin some sort of inflatable base and i would cap them with regular pvc ends. somepunk22, i agree that fixed sliders are way better but i have a houseboat so i would have to take it in and out. just lookin for a low profile slider i can easily break down and put up. if u guys have any other ideas let me know. _________________ "hey chris youre taking up all the fans!"

Best of both worlds! A fixed slider attached to the houseboat! _________________ My Gallery

youd need some barrels and a platform to rest it on. i have 2 sliders and 2 boxes, theyre all just staked into the sand though. _________________ www.flukdfilms.cjb.net
