otiswunguy's, bad luck reminded me of some good luck i had the other day,(see Die Theives, Die !!!!!). i was walking to uni from the bus and i was cutting through a carpark and found $110.00 lying on the ground. no wallet, no people around, no one to give it to. so i just had to keep it, 1 $50 and 3 $20 notes just sitting on the ground. made my day.
i want to hear about everyone else's good/bad fortune. whats the biggest/most valuable thing you've lost or found (stealing/having something stolen doesn't count, sorry otiswunguy) _________________ professional procrastinator |

Ouch! That hurts. Were they Box's? Well, on the bright side, at least they weren't a $150 pair of superduperoutrageouslyoverpriced Oakleys. _________________ How do you apologize to a friend for something like that? Flowers would not be enough. |

| In the summer some of my friends went on a roadtrip to skate a few spots and found $50 plus about a quart of bud in a McDicks bathroom... |

I remember a story from last summer, this lady found 1,000,000 or some large some of money in a parking lot at some shopping place. Somehow she wound up with charges against her...made me think twice about picking up money on the ground |

Bummer. The rakes are a little more expensive aren't they? I thought they looked cool in photos but I thought I looked kind of goofy in them. They didn't fit my face right. Box's are pretty much the first pair of sunglasses that I think I look halfway decent in. I'm on my second pair. Love 'em. I got started on them with a white pair and have kind of gotten used to the color. So that's what I've stuck with. _________________ How do you apologize to a friend for something like that? | I think some lady going through a Mcdicks drivethrough was given the contents of the cash instead of her order. Something like the money was placed in once bag, the food in another, and they got mixed up? She returned it and got some gift certificates or something |

3 years ago my juliets were stolen....they retail for $275
I'd consider retail $150 oakleys relatively cheap _________________

kswiss, i ahd a pair of juliets and they got stolen when i was at school. come to think of it , i have lost freaking 4 pairs in the last year or so, Arnette Catfish, Von Zipper Papa G's, the Juliets, and some Oakley Square Wire's Hmph.
When i was about 4 or 5 i found $800 in my dads wallet and i hid it under my bed. does that count? _________________ Religion. The poor man's alternative to expensive sports and sporting events. - Dave W |

When I was little I found a wallet in the movie theatre. It had $5 in it, but my mom made me turn it in.
2 years ago I lost a new ripcurl life jacket. I think it blew out of the boat and no one noticed. I think it cost $120. |
