LF vs Joyride

I have the opportunity to buy a 03 LF Fusion from a friend for really cheap. I am also looking at an 03 Joyride Aqualove. Any advice?

I have an 03 Fusion and I'm convinced it's the perfect board for me. I like a ride that's a little slower and more relaxed, and hitting the wake with the 3-stage kick is also very sweet. If you like a loose board, ride it finless and it's awesome, or bolt on the conter fin and have a grippier edge.

That's my opinion on the fusion. The only real advice I could give to you is to demo them both and see which one suits you the best.

Thomas is right about the board being right for HIM. However, what may be right for him, may not be right for you, or me, or someone else. Your best bet is to try the boards out and see how you like each of them. I personally ride the Aqualove and think its a great board, but not perfect for everyone. It is a four fin board, each fin is a 1.1". Having the small fins on the board allow it to break loose easily when flat, but it becomes very responsive and quick once put on edge. The quickness of the board caught me off guard when I first rode it, how it gripped the water. I replaced my fins with the CDI Dynasty 1.3, but will probably change to the Wright 1" this season. I have never ridden the Fusion and cannot compare it to the Aqualove. My suggestion would be to try one out. If you were closer to me I'd let you ride mine and see how you like it.

the fusion u cant go wrong with liquid force best company ever and the fusion was desighned but watson dont even think about any other board company then lf cause there the best!!
