I was wondering if it would be possible to make new front arms (?) for my roll bar type tower. I like the way it folds down and fits the boat. The problem is the the pivot points and mounting points in front of the wind shield are sloppy, causing a "noisy tower" when line tension builds up and released. I have access to shopand qualified people, but thought there might be parts available to make job easier. Here are pics:

I was thinking a bigger diameter aluminum stock. How hard would be to put a arch on it like a Titan or Monster?

I don't see anything inherently wrong with it.. I can see side loading might be a problem. Tackle the front mounts then problem solved!

Can you post some closeup pic's of the mounts you mentioned. You may be able to use plastic washers to fill up the extra space and quiet things down.

I would also like to fab new arms to give the boat/tower a different look. The only company I've found selling hardware for towers is Morse Industries. Is there any other ones out there?!
