Anyone know the deal with Origin?

I'm not hearding much from them.. Have they changed their phone numbers? Are there any dealers on the board that carry Origin?

Heard something about them joining Joyride. Joyride was going to press some of the Origin shapes as Joyride boards. including the ptex base.

Gerry Nunn recently left Origin and is now riding for Core Wakeboards.

The following is a quote from Gerry Nunn regarding Origin Wakeboards:

"I'm not really sure what happened with Origin. I thought they had something good going. I even shot for the 2003 catalog and they used my picture on the front. Then, after Expo, they started to lose contact with me and the next thing I know is I'm without a good board to ride and a paying board sponsor."

i work at a place that sells both origin and joyride and i was told that joyride bought out origin. origin will still be around but expect the new joyrodes to have the p-tex base like origins.
