My internal ballast tanks will fill just fine and one of the tanks will empty just fine. However, the other tank will not empty until I put the boat on the trailer and then it empties fine. I think that one of my relief valves may be stuck closed, but I am not sure. Has anyone experienced this problem, and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks.

What year is the boat? Maybe one of the pumps is dead so it won't pump the water out?

It's a 2001. I though that as well, but the pump does just fine putting the water in and pulling it out of one of the tanks, just not the other.

If I remember correctly, the pumps are seperate. One for drain and one for fill on each tank. Go to www.planetnautique.com and see if those guys can help you out if this doesn't work.
