| im a size 11 foot and i need help deciding on a binding size.i want to get parks bindings but im not sure wether to go with a large, or an xl. |

| Have you tried them on? I would go the XL I don't think there is much difference between them, at least if you had the bigger size you can adjust to fit |

i would go an XL aswell. I'm a size 11 (although my feet are unusually wide, like flippers, well, almost) an i ride XL's, an can only ride for about 20 mins without any pain (weird feet, low blood pressure, anything contributes to anything hurting my feet, including shoes) so i'd say go XL's an like nik nik said, u can adjust

| i wear an 11 1/2 and i ride an XL---i never get pain in my feet---i love my bindings and am completely satisfied with the size |
