Wahooo! Just looked at my watch and we have about 12 days before I get in the water (in Dallas). I allways shoot for March 1st weather permitting. But, I'm replacing the floor in my Supra, hope I'm done with it by then??? Jet..Good luck to guys and gals..

at canyon is still like 50 or below. when i can stick my hand in it without it cramping i'll totally be out there.

I am pumped, we hit 30 degrees today for the first time in two months. Just about ready to get out in the water. Besides the fact that the ice is 16 inches thick, I'm ready to ride!!!

i still probably 2, 3 months b4 i go out. most likely 3 months. we just had a blizzard here.a nd where i live, the snow doesn't start melting til mid april.

alright----tomorrow its supposed to be 70 degrees and above and the water is about 57------AND I CAN"T GO RIDE Evil or Very Mad

Winter is the best time to ride here in Cali. You have the whole lake to yourself, well except for the fishermen......
Unless you live in Tahoe like JRock, then I'm sure I would do more snowboarding than wakeboarding....

Looks like the Chill for Charity might be off...insurance issue. I hope to be out towards the end of March. Last year we had the water all to ourselves until about the second week in June and then again in October and November. I wish I was in Texas, Cali, Florida, anywhere warm in the winter!

In ND, about 4 miles from the Canadian border there is a lake that is aerated to keep the fish alive. Also keeps the water open. We went in April last year when the water was sub 40. Not the smartest thing I've ever done, but I'm planning on doing it again.

I get my boat back from the shop in about two weeks. Apparently the shaft was bent and the prop was bent just enough to compensate. I got a new prop and then the tranny started leaking. I hate buying used stuff from someone who doesn't take care of things. I'm ready now, but I'll have to bribe some of my friends to drive me. Can't wait until the summer!

I have quite a few friends in Dallas. I live in Arkansas but many friends in Dallas area. What lake do you ride on????? I have probably rode there?/? I think it got close to 70 today in dublin. my season didn't stop it just got diluted due to the lack of pulls. Winter is great here, I was at berryessa 2 weeks ago and that whole lake was flat, and about 50 degrees

AHHHH, it was great...i jus got back from the delta today. i loved it, i was grinning ear to ear all the time. spent the whole day out there, even though it was freezing, it didn't stop us. Wakeboarding this weekend, snowboarding the next.....i love living in Cali.... Very Happy

gotta love norcal- snowboard one day then wakeboard the next. ive been riding since summer but today we got someone up on a wakeboard for the first time. he was stoked till he fell on his face. gotta love it
