this is a place to complain or praise shops and companies. please- don't ever buy oniel products. they are the worst quality and customer service company ever. i bought a boost drysuit last spring, wore it three times and the zipper completely broke. i couldn't get in touch with them to send it back, so i took it back where i got it. Extremely Board in Issaquah WA. they sent it back about a month ago. now no one can even tell me where it is and i really feel like i will never get it back. i am very displeased with my service from both places. i wouldn't recommend buying oniel anything and avoid Extremely Board in Issaquah WA for your purchases. please post your thoughts on this subject or your complaints about other companies so that we can forward this to them. its time they realize that if we aren't happy that we can cost them sales. so everyone buy BARE drysuits and shop at wiley's from now on. i know i will. here is a picture

Just a question, and i'm not trying to make you look stupid by this or anything. I have at a O'neill Boost Drysuit too. Did you use the zipper lubricant that came with the suit? It says its supposed to keep the zipper from ripping and stuff.

I have an o'neil wetsuit that I like a lot.
I had a cwb Absolute that literaly crumbled in my hands. The board shop took it back and replaced it though.

it was only used three times and i lubed it everytime. the zipper track broke in half on a tantrum gone bad. luckily i was wearing a vest or i would have gone to the bottom. felt great filling up with 40 degree water on a 40 degree day.

you have got to remember though that out of all the products these companies make there will be a few that are flawed but their customer service should have been more helpful though Mad . It's not fair to leave a customer out to dry. But anyway, NICE BINDINGS. They have, if not the best, definetly one of the best customer service teams in the buisness. They have responded quickly and have been very helpful. they have cool stuff too. Very Happy

That sucks about the drysuit. Good luck with getting it fixed

I have to agree with what kim said. I bought some Nice bindings from EQ, which tore a few months later. I brought them back to EQ, who took them and got and installed replacement overlays within two weeks. But not only did they do that without any problems, they also lent a rental pair of bindings to me for free while mine were being fixed. I was very happy Mr. Green

I'll agree with the shop @ Wileys. Ive bought a few things through them. They have great prices, answer questions quickly, and defiently go out of their way for the customer. I've also had good luck with buywake online. Locally I like the Warming Hut.

No more O'neil for me, then, if that's really how bad their customer service is. I had a similar thing with Liquid Force, but after I mentioned the problem on this board, they contacted me right away. Otherwise, they didn't respond to my emails. I guess I could have called, though, but they shouldn't have had a customer service section on their website if they weren't going to answer emails.

Liquid Force hooked me up with a new board when my old one broke almost a year after I bought it. Also TWC in West Bloomfield hooked me up with some new bindings when the ones that I bought from there tore, and they were more expensive then the ones I had before.

I would have to recomend Roswell Wake Air. They make towers and other boat accessories. They are one of the most reputable companies I have come across in any business. At last years wakeboard competition they gave away a $2000 tower, a little kid won it on his birthday! They are small enough that customer service is a huge concern to them. Every time I've talked to them I have been impressed. I would recomend their product to anyone. And they are Canadian, can't go wrong with that!
