wouldnt that be expensive? you might try lenoleum or vinyl fence material.bith are reasonably priced. plexi-glass would be a b*tch to concave for a transition too.

the thing is my buddy works at a hardware store and he seems to think it would be the cheapest/easiest to steal....i will have to make sure i can bend it...do you think it will mess up my board??

we can have a moral debate on the issue later...but the fact of the matter is i really would like to know if plexi-glass will mess up my board, if anyone else has used it, would it allow for concavity, etc.

Plexi-glass won't mess up yer booard, but i think it'd be pretty tough to bend, unless you use the thin stuff (assuming your kicker isn't flat.) IMHO, go with an acrylic or PVC based sheet stock. Will have more flex and not quite as brittle.
