whats the latest on these companies i heard that they had a few people looking to buy them out and they havent even filed chapter 11 so whats the deal

From the other post No More LF, Ride Double Up! it says that hyperlite is bankrupt and lf is gone...I can't believe I didn't know about this already!!!
