2 1995 kawasaki Zxi's- 100hp each, one red/white, one green/white- not sure how much, my dad wants for each, but they're on a double trailer.
1 1998 sea doo gsx limited- 130hp, red/purple. I'm asking $4000 for that and a single trailer. Mine only has 80 hours on it. _________________ I eat Vegans. Medium-Rare.

Sea-Doo GTX or GSX would be my first choices. Waverunner III's can do it but power might be a concern.
Remember, you can always get a deeper pitched impeller to get that low end grunt out of it. _________________

domslude, is the ultra 150 a 2 or 3 seat? I should have mentioned that a 3 seat is probably a must depending on TX boat laws. But derrick probably already knows that... _________________

I got two '98 Yamaha GP 1200's. 135 HP
Horsepower is relative. The '03 GP 1300R's have 165 HP. At the time, the highest stock, non-race prepped in a pwc. But it's a heavy son of a bitch. Super slow out of the hole. On top of that, it is a deeper v than the seadoos. The sea doos have less power (for the most part) but ride on top of the water and are much lighter.
I love our jetskis and even though they were stolen, trashed, and left for dead, I still prefer them over anything that has come out since. And this makes them 6 years old now. They handle better than any other stock boat I've been on and have better response and tow well. All around a great machine, plus they look good too. Of course, Sea Doo has that RXP out. Reprogram that mofo and see what she'll do on a mile long straight of glass and an empty tank. _________________

ultra 150 is a 2-seater.
I spoke with a couple of game wardens on medina lake re: PWC occupancy while towing. Basically, you CANNOT have a spotter on a 2-seater. The reasoning for this is that the skier/boarder is also considered a passenger. What is required on a 2-seater is dual mirrors so that the driver can monitor the person being towed. _________________ I eat Vegans. Medium-Rare.

Well that Texas law for ya.
BTW, I think most all 2+ seaters come with dual mirrors. As if they do anything for you anywayz. _________________

Ruune, so in TX you aren't required to have a spotter, just mirrors? _________________

thats correct...
"Every motorboat towing a person must have an observer, other than the operator, 13 years of age or older OR be equipped with a rearview mirror of a size no less than four inches (4") in measurement from bottom to top and across from one side to the other. "

| if you want the cadillac of the waverunners go for a gtx4 tec limited supercharged 185hp, it's the one i have and use for wakeboarding when i don't want to use the boat. It's the most comfortable and dry ride, i've ridden. The yamaha gp1200 also is a great performing pwc. Or you can go to the most powerful out there right now the seadoo rxp 215hp, and what a sweet ride it is, not as comfty or dry as the gtx but a damn fast one. |

that RXP is a BEAST, but a little bit of overkill for towing. that GTX 4-tec supercharged should be pretty nice- fair amount of weight and enough power to pull. Plus it's got a retractable pylon and optional board racks. GTX also has the best seat, IMO. _________________ I eat Vegans. Medium-Rare.

it's a 2, but you can fit three on it. In Oklahoma if you have mirrors you don't have to have a spotter. It works better if you have two on the ski and one out on the rope, but just my .02 Makes for a full ride into shore though:) _________________ Go big or go home!

oh yeah, guess why the spotter has to be 13? Apparently a guy took his son out to ski. The spotter was the 13 month old baby. Needless to say the son fell down, dad didn't know and well, you can figure out the rest of the story.

| My GSI (85HP) pulls skates and slalom skiers no problem. It is kind of light (big 2 seater) so the back end of the jetski moves around when you cut on a skate/ski but is more fun to pilot than a big 3 seater. |
