know that theres a slider talk lets get it going. im trying to build either a dragon slider or a fun box. what one do you guys think would be easyier. i was thinking the fun box would be but im not shure. also when you guys hit kickers funboxes or anything like that do you guys take the fins off?
any pics of either of these ideas would help me alot also. |

yea take your fins off if you want to hit a flat surface and if you make a double pipped slider, make sure there is a little gap in between the two pipes so your fins dont get caught. get some CDI fins and you wont have to worry about fins at all. i think a dragon slider will be easier to make than a funbox. you can also make an A Frame or a rainbow slider. all good sliders. |

I dont use fins when i hit a slider or kicker. The dragon slider would be easier to make. The funbox will take alot of wood. Both would be sweet. _________________ Gas,Grass or Ass nobody rides for free. |

if your making a box without a top rail that should be easier than a kink rail (dragon) . if you planned on having a top rail on the box that would make it a bit more difficult but still should be easy if you just have time. e-mail me what you end up wanting to make and ill see if i can whip up an outline to help you out. |

You can ride kickers and rails with all your fins, some dont last long and can punch through your board.
The dragon (the name the heaney brothers gave their first kinked rail) would be a lot easier to build than a fun box. To make a good rideable box it has to be big, you would get bored of it quickly without the rail. Our fun box is 26ft long and we want to extend it at least another 10ft _________________ www.wake.com.au |
