I saw her at the Indy stop and thought she was gorgeous. Then I saw her ride and had to stop myself from drooling...

Then I saw her down in FL for Worlds at OWC, awwww, I thought; so pretty. Then I saw her rip'n it up on a wakeskate on the cables. Damn that girl kicks ass.

Megan is awesome and I thought it was a great picture. I'd gladly be her pro-ho or board-bitch!

Anyone who thinks that women can't be serious riders AND be sexy at the same time needs a swift kick in the nuts. Beauty, sensuality, sexuality, etc. are all part of being human. Trying to repress it is stupid.

Sure, it would be great if a woman could hit a 1080 off the double up. Then maybe she'd get the same attention as the guys even if she wore a Burqa. Since there are fundamental differences between men and women in an activity like wakeboarding, it is fortunate for a female rider, that she doesn't have to compete with guys on a technical level. She can just be herself, i.e. a complete package: personality, beauty, femininity, intelligence, humour, ... , AND riding ability!

It's really the same thing with male athletes. Technical ability is a necessity. Doing a sport that is inherently popular helps. Doing those things AND having a personality, looks, etc., i.e. not being one-dimensional, makes one a star. And I mean...seriously...as long as it doesn't require compromising oneself, what athlete wouldn't want to be a star?

Keep it up, bro! Seriously, don't listen to these people with hang-ups about what a rider SHOULD be known for. Keep showing us how the riders aren't just wakeboarding robots, defined only by the tricks they can do.

Scott, you're quite right, actually. As a female, I am not a big fan of that picture. I don't think that heather lee quote can be said enough: "..Let your riding do the talking, not your tits." Or whatever it was, I posted it on the other site (that is the gist of it).

One thing I did not say on the other message board is that I don't have anything against mike isler. I spoke with him briefly via e-mail after that thread and he seems like an upstanding young man--real boyscout like. Read the instructions RD! Hold space to load the line, when you hit the wake let go of space and press a direction key with either F (flip/spin) or G (grab/raley)...
